  Over 3 hours and still waiting for OOH Dr . One o'clock isn't acceptable been waiting for a Dr since he called 9pm. Can't call back on the 0300 he contacted me with an appointment in the first place

  Beyond terrible. People will die because of the appointment booking system here. Have called 36 times and each time engaged. By the time I get through there will be no appoinments. No wonder a&e and out of hours are over stretched.
  
  Minor ailments you can book online but usually appointments are 3 weeks away.
  
  Often if you do get an appointment they are running very late.
